Flame Zone or Ember Zone: Which Is Your Home?
IBHS studied Sunset Mesa's geography, weather patterns, and vegetation and designated every parcel as either a Flame Zone parcel or an Ember Zone parcel. Your zone determines which certification level applies to your home.
